Welcome to Emma's Weight Loss Motivation

Weight loss is the mantra of literally hundreds of millions of people today. So if you're reading this, rest assured you're not along. Women (and men) all over the world, especially in the industrialized world, have the same desire.
You know how to lose weight -- even though there are lost of techniques that don't seem to "work" for you.
You know why you want to lose weight, whether it's health, appearance or a host of other reasons.
Despite this knowledge, you just can't seem to accomplish your goals.
You lack the proper motivation to make it happen.
That's what my blog is all about. I've been in exactly the same position as you -- desperate on some days, frantic on others and depressed at other times.
Yet I kept plugging away at it and so must you. But you don't have to do it alone.
Different motivators work for different people, so this blog will offer a number of avenues toward weight loss motivation. Some of must experiment with several diet/exercise plans before we settle on the one that's right for us. Similarly, we must seek out a variety of weight loss motivation concepts before the one that works is in hand.
I'll be putting up new ideas and programs on a regular basis, so come back frequently to see what's new.
